A color coded animal search by continents.
Children learn best when they are doing a fun activity and are unaware that it has educational purposes. The Globe Spotter animal world map does just that and takes children through the 6 continents for an epic animal spotting journey!
A FREE BOOK TO SUPPORT LEARNING.
Organised by continents, the fun animal spotting journey starts in North America. The book that accompanies the Globe Spotter world map guides children on their world animal hunt, continent after continent.
The search for animals begins in North America and ends in Oceania before moving on to the oceans of the world.

Every continent is colour coded on the map, in correlation with the animal spotting booklet. This makes it easy for children to familiarise themselves with the names of each continent, their shape and exact location on the globe.
N. AMERICAN CONTINENT

How the animal search by continent works.
Below is an example of the an animal search page for the Oceania continent. The colour code for Oceania is royal blue. On the world map, the oceania continent has a royal blue outline. The shape of the continent is also a great hint, and this is shown in the Globe Spotter children's world map book at the start of every new animal search challenge.
1. LOOKUP THE ANIMAL.
2. LOCATE THE CONTINENT.
3. FIND THE ANIMAL.
4. TAKE NOTE OF IT.
The fun way in which children will learn to discover each continent, its shape and fauna, will allow for a very smooth learning experience. They will not only learn about the continents of their world but will also learn about the animals that live in those continents.
